Gangi | Mixed Use Apartments
Consistent with the goals of the CRA, the client has mapped out NOHO to create a new mixed use high density arts neighborhood. Working in collaboration with DEArchitects, SAA is the design architect for the project. 5251 provides five floors of rental housing and a level of commercial space at the ground floor. Three large courtyards and three smaller landscaped courts are configured to aggressively capture light and air.
