The investors of this project acknowledge the current demographics of NOHO and the importance of creating affordable housing. The unit floor plans for the project are open in quality with the opportunity for commercial spaces at the street level. The average unit area is 1,200 SF. The project must also be sensitive to the adjacent mixed density residential community. The building stepped and sited to create a park setting along the residential edge.
